(IDEA Data Analysis Software) - Products/Services Requested: - IDEA Data Analysis Software, Version 13 (or latest) - 15 corporate licenses (perpetual or term; corporate or individual user) - Part number: TBD - Must support ingestion of large datasets, advanced analytics, statistical sampling, forensic reporting, and audit trails - Maintenance and Support - 1 unit annually (covers all licenses) - Includes 24x7 technical support - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Software must be production-ready and "plug and play"—deployable without network modifications or significant integration - Must be compatible with DIA's CIO-approved infrastructure and security posture, including required security certifications and Authority to Operate (ATO) - No customized or boutique solutions will be accepted; only proven, off-the-shelf solutions are eligible - Software must comply with federal auditing standards and DIA security requirements - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods (total potential duration: 5 years) - Annual renewal of maintenance and support - Quantities: - 15 software licenses - 1 annual maintenance/support package

Description

This requirement is to provide IDEA Data Analysis Software licenses, maintenance, and support. 

This is an immediate operational need requiring a proven, production-ready solution. The Government requires a "plug and play" capability that can be deployed within our existing network architecture without modification. Our current IDEA application has recieved CIO Security approval and an Authority to Operate (ATO). We cannot accommodate customized or boutique solutions tht require significant integration time, as any delay in implementation will directly impact mission effectiveness. Proposed solutions must demonstrate compatibility with our approved security posture and existing network infrastructure to ensure rapid deployment and operational capability.
