This opportunity seeks contractor support for bird waste cleaning services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), New Jersey, for the U.S. Air Force's 305th Maintenance Group. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 305th Maintenance Group (305 MXG) - Scope of Services: - Bird waste cleaning at eight specified buildings/hangars (1751, 1757, 1817, 1837, 2251, 2253, 3209, 3211) - Four cleanings per year (quarterly service) - Removal of bird droppings from floors, walls, tracks, doors, railings, and open hangar flooring - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, and materials - Compliance with federal identification requirements and hazardous waste handling/disposal - Coordination required with facility managers and custodians for access - Work primarily during standard duty hours, with possible off-hours as needed - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are identified; this is a service-based requirement - Notable Requirements: - Contractor responsible for proper hazardous waste disposal - Advance notification and coordination with base personnel required - All work must comply with safety and environmental regulations

PWS IS LOCATED IN ATTACHMENTS OF THIS RFI. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Government is re-issuing this Sources Sought Notice as part of corrective action taken following the identification of an inadvertent disclosure of procurement-sensitive information under notice ID FA448422P0005.

The Government has reviewed the incident in accordance with RFO 3.104 and determined that the disclosure was unintentional and does not provide a competitive advantage to any party.

This republication ensures that all interested vendors have equal access to the same information and maintains the fairness and integrity of the acquisition process. Vendors who previously responded are encouraged to resubmit their capability statements / quotes.

No vendor is considered to have an advantage or disadvantage as a result of the inadvertent disclosure
