The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing a final debarment order debarring Andrew Jonathan Morgan for a period of 5 years from importing or offering for import any drug into the United States. This action is based on Mr. Morgan's felony conviction related to misbranding drugs in interstate commerce with intent to defraud, involving the importation of a drug or controlled substance.
