Description

Tucson Unified School District is seeking to enter into a contract with local businesses in the state of Arizona to provide a variety of local foods that are Arizona grown and/or produced, processed, and distributed. The contract is intended to be a single year contract continuing through June 30, 2027, with no contract existing unless a purchase order is issued each fiscal year. The district reserves the right to make multiple awards and purchase from multiple vendors throughout the year. Bidders must submit all required documentation and proposals including pricing, certifications, and compliance documentation as specified.
