This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide professional project management and construction oversight services for the new Will County Department of Transportation (WCDOT) Maintenance Garage located in Monee, Illinois. The Construction Manager at Risk (CMa) will be engaged starting from the Design Development phase through Construction Documents, bidding, construction, closeout, and warranty phases.
