The City of Charleston is seeking proposals and qualification statements from qualified individuals, businesses, or agencies to manage the Palmetto Artisan Program Management (PAP). The program management plan was created by citizens in collaboration with the City of Charleston. The solicitation does not commit the City to award a contract or pay costs incurred in proposal preparation. All questions must be submitted in writing by 2:00pm on June 26, 2026.
