Description
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting applications under the Clean Water Act section 104(b)(8) to provide technical assistance and training for rural, small, and tribal municipalities and wastewater treatment systems. The program supports these communities in identifying water challenges, developing plans, building capacity, complying with Clean Water Act requirements, and accessing water infrastructure funding. Eligible entities include nonprofit organizations and institutions of higher education that can provide such assistance and training. Infrastructure construction projects are not eligible for funding under this announcement.
