This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) invites applications from eligible organizations to renew the HEALthy Brain and Child Development (HBCD) Research Project Sites. The HBCD Study is a nationwide, multi-site, longitudinal study following children from birth through childhood to examine brain and behavioral development, focusing on prenatal substance exposure effects. The consortium includes Research Project Sites, a Consortium Administrative Core, and a Data Coordinating Center.
