Description

The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is offering a cooperative agreement to provide the corrections community with opportunities to participate in Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) for staffing analysis. This program aims to enhance and expand staffing analysis training and technical assistance for federal, state, local, and tribal corrections agencies. The training includes step-by-step instruction and actual completion of a staffing analysis for custodial line officers and first-line supervisors at participating agencies. Participants receive live virtual instruction, structured assignments, and individualized coaching throughout the training.
