Description

The City of Monroe is soliciting sealed bids for the expansion of the Jacks Creek Water Pollution Control Plant to 6.8 million gallons per day. The project includes construction of a new vortex grit system, influent pump station, selectors and aeration basins, blower and compressor building, secondary clarifiers, effluent filters, UV and reuse pump station structure, conversion of an anaerobic digester to aerobic, bulk liquid lime structure and piping, submersible pump stations, piping upgrades, and electrical and instrumentation upgrades.
