  • All labor, equipment, and supplies for pest management across multiple school buildings and locations

  • Contract term: 2 years with 3 optional 1-year renewals (up to 5 years total)

  • Annual Roof Inspection and Professional Independent Roofing Consulting Services
  • Comprehensive roof inspections, consulting, design/engineering for repairs or replacements, procurement support, and construction observation for all HPS campuses statewide

Description

Harmony Public Schools (HPS), a Texas public charter school system, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced and independent Roof Consulting Service Firms. The selected firms will provide annual roof inspection services and professional independent roofing consulting services for HPS campuses throughout Texas. The consultants must act as independent third-party advisors, separate from any roofing contractors or suppliers, and must not perform roofing repair or replacement work for HPS. The procurement follows the Professional Services Procurement Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 2254.
