Description
SEE ATTACHED SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
The proposed contract action is anticipated to be full and open competition. The requirement is for 7 commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) multi-zone digital time displays. Specifically, the requested product is a 6-zone digital time display system IAW the attached Salient Characteristics. Key features include high-visibility 7-segmented red LEDs (readable from 125 feet), high precision Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) timekeeping, automatic daylight saving adjustments, and an infrared remote for configuration.
IAW RFO 5.101(c)(2): Set asides are not applicable in Germany.
IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4):
(ii) The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LTPA) selection process. Under this method, the contract is awarded to the bidder who proposes the lowest price, as long as their technical proposal satisfies the minimum standards stipulated in the salient characteristics document. Funds have not been received yet, so the anticipated award date is TBD.
