The Iowa National Guard's Warrior and Family Services Branch is seeking contractor support for a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program event in Council Bluffs, IA. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Iowa National Guard, Warrior and Family Services Branch - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the opportunity is open to qualified hospitality and event service providers - Products and Services Requested: - Lodging: 30 non-smoking rooms with two beds each, all at the same location - Meeting Facilities: General session room for 300, breakout room for 125, registration and resource areas, child & youth and childcare rooms - Meals: 300 adult lunches and 15 children's lunches, with specific menu requirements - Parking: 300 parking passes for attendees (30 for the first day, 270 for the second), unless free parking is provided - Event Support Services: Onsite audiovisual support, all necessary personnel, equipment, and supervision - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All lodging and meeting spaces must be at the same location - Meeting rooms require specific AV equipment and seating arrangements - Meals must meet detailed dietary and service specifications - Contractor must provide an onsite point of contact for AV support throughout the event
