This opportunity seeks proposals for airfield runway materials, services, and related solutions for use by Sourcewell Participating Entities across the US and Canada. - Government Buyer: - Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (in partnership with Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative) - Participating Entities include governmental, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the solicitation is open to all qualified manufacturers and suppliers - Products and Services Requested: - Airfield marking materials and supplies (paints, thermoplastics, glass beads) - Liquid or solid airfield deicer and deicing services - Rubber removal agents - Firefighting agents (AFFF, AR-AFFF, F3, AR-F3, biobased/soy-based fluorine-free foam, Purple K, Halotron) - Transition-related services (risk assessment, planning, engineering, consulting, design, foam system removal and cleanout, PFAS handling, environmental remediation, system modification, testing, compliance, certification) - Related equipment, accessories, and complementary services may also be included - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All products and services must comply with FAA and/or DoD standards for airfield repair, maintenance, and safety - Environmental safety and PFAS handling are emphasized - Open to a wide range of public sector entities in the US and Canada - Encourages participation from diverse suppliers

Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is requesting proposals for Airfield Runway Materials, Services, and Related Solutions to result in a procurement solution for use by its Participating Entities including governmental, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies in the United States and Canada. The scope includes equipment and services compliant with FAA and/or DoD standards for airfield repair, maintenance, and related activities such as airfield marking materials, deicing services, rubber removal agents, firefighting agents, and transition-related services including environmental remediation and system modification. Proposers may include related equipment, accessories, and services complementary to the primary solutions. The location is Nisku, Edmonton region, and the procurement is managed by Canoe Procurement Group of Canada.
