Description

The City of Garland is soliciting proposals for improvements to the Blower Building at the Rowlett Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (RCWWTP) located at 2500 E. Centerville Rd. Garland, Texas 75040. The project includes demolition of some existing air piping and blowers, installation of a new dual core blower, new aeration piping, valves, appurtenances, equipment pad, and associated electrical and instrumentation/control facilities. Bidders must attend a mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit to be considered responsive. The award will be made to the vendor submitting the most advantageous offer considering price and other evaluation factors, with a bid bond of 5% required and performance, payment, and maintenance bonds required upon award.
