Description

This project involves the construction of new athletic fields, parking lots, buildings, and stormwater drainage at Helen McCall Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The expansion includes six new baseball and t-ball fields, a press box, concessions, restrooms, batting cages, expanded parking, and supporting infrastructure. The contract duration is 540 days to substantial completion with an additional 30 days for punch list completion.
