Description
This solicitation is for conducting a comprehensive site assessment to evaluate the technical, economic, and operational feasibility of deploying Mobile Energy Systems (MES) within the Armed Forces of the Philippines Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM). The assessment includes identifying and prioritizing critical load sites, baseline field assessment, technical energy resource assessment, risk assessment, and deployment strategy. The project supports the Energy Secure Philippines Activity funded by the U.S. Department of State and aims to enhance energy security and disaster response capabilities.
