McCollom Water Treatment Plant in Escondido, CA. The project includes a multi-year capital rehabilitation program to restore and extend the service life of membrane treatment infrastructure, including rehabilitating concrete membrane basins, replacing liner systems, and structural, mechanical, and coating improvements. The first year involves replacement of the Combined Influent and Backpulse Pipe. This is a six-year program with potential subsequent awards based on performance. Only pre-qualified general contractors will be eligible to bid.
