Description

The CVRD invites tenders for the supply of labour, materials, and equipment to perform trail upgrades in Seal Bay Park. The work includes replacing the Seal Loop Pedestrian Bridge by removing an existing 7m wood bridge and installing a 12m aluminum bridge supplied by the Owner. Renovation of substrate and surfacing for specific sections of Don Apps Trail (Phase 1) and installation of an aluminum staircase are also required, including decommissioning an existing trail section. Optional scope includes further upgrades to Don Apps Trail (Phases 2 & 3) and the Coupland Loop Trail to accommodate universal pedestrian access.
