The U.S. Army Tobyhanna Army Depot is seeking information for the procurement of a mobile crane to support C4ISR system handling. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Tobyhanna Army Depot - Product Requested: - Mobile crane with minimum 100 US ton load capacity - 150 ft boom - Tier 4F diesel engine - Hydraulic system with relief valve and filter - 24 VDC electrical system - Wheeled rough terrain mobility - Advanced crane control system (rated capacity limiter, anti-two block system) - Lifting hooks: 12 US ton headache ball and 90 US ton hook block - Automatic transmission (5 forward, 5 reverse speeds) - Adjustable operator controls (tilt/telescoping steering column) - Power steering (four modes), power-assisted hydraulic brakes, lug tread tires - Operator cab with heater/defroster, counterweight, LED lights, instrumentation, mirrors, alarms, fire extinguisher, block heater - Services Requested: - Maintenance and support services (maintenance schedule, spare parts, maintenance contracts, training) - System integration and turnkey solutions (commissioning, training, after-sales support, technical documentation) - Unique Requirements: - Crane must be capable of handling large C4ISR systems - Must meet detailed technical specifications for mobility, safety, and operator comfort - Depot is interested in commercially available systems, maintenance support, and turnkey solutions - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; responses should address all technical and support requirements
