Description
This solicitation is for routine and non-routine HVAC services on Caltrans-owned properties within Monterey and San Luis Obispo Counties. Bidders must have appropriate Contractors State License Board classification, a primary business location within the specified counties or within 60 miles of listed maintenance stations, valid DIR registration, and certification as a Small Business, Microbusiness, Small Business for public works, or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise.
