Description

The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) Napa is seeking bids for a contractor to provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, and personnel to perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repair services for five boilers in the Central Plant. This includes annual inspection and preventative maintenance and calibration of two water tube boilers, semi-annual inspection, annual and semi-annual preventative maintenance, and test-fire and tune-up of three natural gas and fuel oil boilers, as well as repair services for all five boilers. Bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and pay prevailing wage per Labor Code requirements.
