Description
The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured contractors to provide boiler replacement and related mechanical services at Romney Plaza Apartments. The project includes replacement of Boiler #2 and certain shared chilled-water piping and associated components. Services will also include electrical work, controls integration, startup, testing, commissioning, training, and closeout documentation. The contractor must minimize disruption to building residents and staff during construction and provide a warranty and preventive maintenance program following project completion.
