This is only a pre-solicitation notice IAW RFO FAR 5.101.

4. Description of Requirement The Government has a requirement for the procurement, installation, and testing of replacement batteries for an existing APC VT 30kVA, 208 V Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system (Model # SUVTPF30KB4F), along with the removal and disposal of the existing failed batteries.

The Government intends to solicit orally IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
