This solicitation is for Construction-Management-At-Risk services for the construction of modifications at Park Creek Elementary School in Dalton, Georgia. The project includes reroofing the existing building with new standing seam metal roof, TPO roofing, and architectural shingles; demolition, addition, and modifications to the front entrance canopy; partial HVAC replacement; site improvements including drives and parking lots; and additional renovations and modifications to the existing building as defined by the owner.
