Description

This RFP solicits proposals from qualified organizations to provide services as both a one-stop operator and primary Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I adult and dislocated worker service provider in an America’s Job Center of California (AJCC), known locally as a WorkSource Center (WSC). The solicitation is open only to the List of Qualified WSC Operators approved on December 10, 2024. The City will select one service provider for each of the specified Community Plan Areas: Boyle Heights CPA, Southeast Los Angeles / Watts CPA, and West Adams–Baldwin Hills–Leimert CPA or South Los Angeles CPA.
