E-COMM is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite qualified firms to submit proposals for the provision of HVAC systems maintenance services at various E-COMM radio sites as described in the Scope of Work. Proponents must contact the Authorized Contact and execute a signed Response Confirmation Form and a Confidentiality Agreement to receive the Scope of Work.
