(service provider) - PA-28 Piper Warrior II (aircraft manufactured by Piper Aircraft, Inc.) - Products/Services Requested: - Flight training services for 130 future aviators annually - Use of PA-28 Piper Warrior II aircraft - Training delivered in three summer blocks each year - Base of operations must be within 40 miles of the Naval Academy - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Standardization of training using PA-28 Piper Warrior II aircraft - 5-year contract: 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods - Estimated contract value: approximately $3.76 million - Services support the Naval Introductory Flight Evaluation (NIFE) program
