The 129th Rescue Wing of the U.S. Air Force at Moffett Air National Guard Base is seeking to procure an Expandable Internal Airlift/Helicopter Slingable Container Unit (ISU) for use as a mobile Rescue Operations Center. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 129th Rescue Wing (ACC), 129th Maintenance Group (129 MXG), Moffett Air National Guard Base - Product Requested: - Expandable ISU (Intermodal Support Unit) for mobile Rescue Operations Center - Quantity: 1 unit - Must be air certified for C-130, C-17, and C-5 aircraft - Forkliftable and limited to one pallet position when stowed - Features: 2 retractable walls, transition from stowed to operational in under 15 minutes by two-person team, 4 D-rings in floor, power panel supporting 60A single phase, supports at least 2 laptops, 4 monitors, 3 power strips, AC/heating, environmental control unit (ECU) integration, generator power capable (7,500 watt), 50 ft shore power cable, built-in white ceiling LED lighting, weather-tight personnel door with cipher lock, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors - Preferred color: tan (white or green acceptable) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Must be delivered within 180 calendar days from award - Inspection and acceptance at destination by government representatives - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or brands are specified; all technical and performance requirements are detailed in the purchase description - No TS (Top Secret) capability required - No services or recurring support requested; this is a one-time product purchase

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in support of the 129th Maintenance Group for an Expandable Internal Airlift/Helicopter Slingable Container Unit (ISU). This Request for Quote is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing the streamlined procedures outlined in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” and supplemented by the information contained herein.

This announcement constitutes the sole solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Quotations are requested in accordance with the instructions detailed in the attached Solicitation Document. Detailed specifications for this requirement are outlined in the attached Product Description.
