The Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), is seeking qualified providers for General Surgery Nocturnist services at the Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) in Shiprock, New Mexico. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area Office, Northern Navajo Medical Center - Services Requested: - General Surgery Nocturnist services for inpatient and outpatient care - Includes regular, call-back, and on-call hours for two General Surgery Nocturnists per period - Services cover diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, emergency surgeries, endoscopies, patient admissions, cross-coverage, and overnight on-call shifts - Providers must be board-eligible or board-certified general surgeons - Personnel must maintain active licensure, credentialing, and certifications (BLS, ACLS) - Providers must comply with IHS policies, HIPAA, and deliver culturally competent care to American Indian and Alaska Native patients - Quantities: - Estimated 1,040 hours per 6-month period, with up to five periods (base plus four options) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside - Personnel submitted by multiple offerors will not be considered - Strict credentialing and insurance requirements - No products or equipment are being procured; this is solely for professional medical services - No OEMs or specific vendors are named in the solicitation

100% ISBEE set-aside This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-personal health care services for General Surgery Nocturnist services. The Government may issue multiple awards under this solicitation.
