Description

The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis to Frontier Precision, 5480 W 60th Ave Arvada, CO 80003, for Trimble Surveying Equipment for the Wyoming area.

US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), has a need to purchase Trimble Surveying Equipment for the Wyoming area.  This purchase is for three new GNSS survey grade systems along with required appurtenances for USDA-NRCS field offices across the State of Wyoming. No other authorized contractors are available to provide the equipment and services needed.

The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES.  Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency.  Capability statements must be received by 12:00pm ET, July 1, 2026, and shall include documentation on the ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements.
