The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking proposals for Cisco Meraki hardware, software, and support services to enhance its network infrastructure. - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) - Division of Information Technology (DIT), Acquisition Services Branch (ASB) - OEM Highlight: - Cisco is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specified for all products and services - Products Requested: - Meraki MX85 Router/Security Appliance (46 units, part number MX85) - Meraki MR57 Wi-Fi 6E Indoor Access Point (306 units, part number MR57-HW) - Meraki MS130-24X Cloud Managed PoE Switch (50 units, part number MS130-24X) - Meraki MS130-12X Cloud Managed Switch (67 units, part number MS130-12X) - Meraki MG52E Cellular Gateway (22 units, part number MG52E-HW) - Meraki MX67W Router/Security Appliance (30 units, part number MX68CW-HW-NA) - Multiple power cords, adapters, rack mount kits, antennas, accessories, SIM card trays, and SFP+ transceiver modules - Software and Support Services: - FedRAMP-compliant security and enterprise licenses for routers, switches, access points, and gateways (1-year duration) - Enhanced 8x5 Next Business Day support for hardware - Hardware maintenance and software support for bank closing operations - Notable Requirements: - Offerors must be Cisco-authorized resellers or OEMs - All licenses and support must be FedRAMP-compliant - Compliance with FDIC security, privacy, and supply chain risk management standards - Quantities range from 5 to 306 units per item, covering a wide array of network hardware and accessories - The contract period of performance is 12 months from award, with all items and services to be delivered and supported within this timeframe

Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites you to submit a quote in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) CORHQ-26-Q-0229 for Cisco Meraki Hardware and Software Support. All proposals/quotes shall be submitted in strict adherence to the proposal instructions outlined in provision 7.3.2-09 “General Proposal Instructions – December 2023”, included in the referenced solicitation. The FDIC will respond to questions or requests for clarification submitted in writing by an offeror, regarding this solicitation. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by 12:00p.m. (Central Time), on  June 19, 2026, by email to Tammy Mattox at tmattox@fdic.gov.
