The 92d Contracting Squadron at Fairchild Air Force Base is seeking to procure a heavy-duty ultrasonic washer system for the Fire Department to decontaminate firefighting personal protective equipment (PPE). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 92d Contracting Squadron, Fairchild Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Omegasonics (referenced as the basis of design) - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) Fire Department Ultrasonic Washer - Minimum 70-gallon tank capacity - Stainless steel construction with insulation - Heavy-duty casters for mobility - Operates on 208-220 VAC single-phase power - Includes removable rack or basket for PPE - Must be suitable for decontaminating helmets, SCBA packs, and air bottles - Delivery must include technical and maintenance manuals - All shipping costs to Fairchild AFB, WA, must be included - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Washer must meet or exceed the salient characteristics of the Omegasonics Fire Service Equipment Pro (brand name or equal) - 100% small business set-aside - Offerors must specify delivery lead time - Price must be held firm for 60 days after quote receipt - Evaluation based on price and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) ratings
