The Department of the Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) is seeking vendors to provide troubleshooting and repair services for eight portable chiller units at JBSA Lackland and Fort Sam Houston. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force - 502d Civil Engineer Squadron and 502d Air Base Wing - 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named in the opportunity or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair services for eight portable chiller units - Services include: system diagnostics, leak detection, component replacement (compressors, condenser fans, evaporators, filter driers, solenoid valves, expansion valves), cleaning condenser coils, electrical system testing, calibration, and performance validation - Deliverables: detailed service reports, safety data sheets - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Compliance with EPA refrigerant handling standards - Repairs must restore chillers to manufacturer specifications - Work must be completed within specified timelines - Firm fixed price contract structure - Focus on small business participation - Chillers are located at two specific JBSA sites (Lackland and Fort Sam Houston)

Description

The Government is conducting a Market Research to identify potential contractors capable of  providing Troubleshooting and Repairing services for Portable chillers at JBSA Lackland and Fort Sam Houston as described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). We are seeking Information on available vendors with the capabilities of performing this requirement IAW the attached Draft PWS. If your company is interested and capable of fulfilling the requirement, please complete and return the attached Request for Information (RFI) questionaire to include questions/conerns regarding the requirement to BOTH POCs listed in this notice. 

Please note: This requirement is for SERVICES, NOT CONSTRUCTION.
