This opportunity seeks a contractor to design, fabricate, and install a custom USNORTHCOM mural display in a high-visibility Pentagon corridor. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), NORAD & USNORTHCOM Washington Operations Office, Room 2A872 at the Pentagon - United States Space Force, Headquarters Combat Forces Command, 21CONS/PKA - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Custom legacy mural display (1 unit) - Includes aluminum extrusion perimeter framing, fire-rated background panel, cleat block mounting, 3D acrylic letters, printed graphic panels, and a metal-framed display case with standoff graphics and object mounts - Design, production, transport, and installation of the display, similar to the existing Stratcom display - Design services: Artistic content development, project management, site visits, and design detailing - Fabrication services: Use of high-quality, durable, and Pentagon-compliant materials - Installation services: On-site installation, mounting, and optional electrical work - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Display must be installed in a prominent Pentagon corridor (8th Corridor, 2nd Floor) - All materials must meet Pentagon safety and fire-rating standards - Contractor must coordinate with USNORTHCOM Public Affairs and Historian teams for content - Turnkey solution required, including all labor, materials, transport, and supervision - Delivery and installation must be completed within 120 calendar days of contract award

USNORTHCOM has a new requirement and is seeking sources that possess the availability and capability to to professionally develop, fabricate and install a USNORTHCOM graphic display located in a high-visibility Combatant Command corridoron on the 8th Corridor, 2nd Floor within the Pentagon building. With a period of performance of 120 days calendar days after contract award.
