At-Home Sleep Apnea Testing Device and Services The purpose of this requirement is to support the diagnosis of sleep apnea, including obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and central sleep apnea (CSA), through convenient, patient-administered home testing. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to procure one time use FDA approved all-inclusive priced at-home sleep apnea testing (HSAT) VA TRM OIT compliant device devices, supplies, and associated services for a base and up to 4 (12month ) option periods.
