Description

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for BRACKET SEAL supplies:

BRACKET SEAL part number 1237-362-1, BRACKET SEAL part number 1237-362-2, BRACKET SEAL part number 1237-363-1, BRACKET SEAL part number 1237-363-2, SCREW,CAP,SOCKET HE part number 0101-024-06020, BAR SEAL part number 1237-356-3, BAR SEAL part number 1237-357-3, SCREW part number  0101-041-06045, and SEAL PANELpart number 1237-330-1.

This requirement is being sole-sourced to Indal Technologies based on the specific parts identified and illustrated in NAVSEA Technical Manual S9588-AR-MMC-010, Revision 5. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  

The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
