Description

SUNY Plattsburgh is soliciting a Request for Qualifications for design services for the renovation and replacement of the existing northeast exterior concrete stairs at Beaumont Hall. The contract term is 5 years. No cost proposals are to be submitted with the qualifications; cost proposals will be requested only after a consultant selection is made. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on June 8, 2026, at 11:00 am local time at the SUCF Office Trailer in Plattsburgh, NY.
