Description

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Office of Technology (WVOT) to establish a contract for upgrading its existing Bomgar on-premises appliance to the Beyond Trust FedRAMP authorized Remote Monitoring and Support cloud service. The initial purchase under this contract will include eighty (80) concurrent licenses. WVOT also requires the flexibility to add additional licenses on an ongoing basis to accommodate operational growth and evolving support needs. The procurement involves upgrading existing infrastructure to a FedRAMP authorized cloud service to support remote monitoring and support capabilities.
