The U.S. Embassy Belmopan, under the U.S. Department of State, is soliciting a contract for dedicated internet services to support embassy operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Belmopan, Information Systems Center (ISC) - Products/Services Requested: - Dedicated 50 Mbps VNET Internet Circuit - Must include a /28 subnet of static public IP addresses for VPN equipment - Professional grade, fiber optic, always-on service - Support for all IP protocols with no filtering or NAT - 24/7 availability and support for customer VPN encryption devices - Includes installation, engineering, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and ongoing maintenance - 12 months of service, with four 12-month option periods - Firm fixed monthly pricing in Belize dollars - General Sales Tax (GST) at 12.5% applied as a separate line item - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with cybersecurity supply chain risk management - Installation required within 60 days of award - Service must be delivered via fiber optic and be suitable for professional/enterprise use - No OEMs or specific vendors are named; open to local Internet Service Providers - Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) - No specific part numbers or OEMs are referenced in the solicitation.

Description

U.S. Embassy Belmopan has a requirement for VNET Services. The contractor shall provide VNET Internet Circuit, 50 Mbps for 12 months.  If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449. 

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
