Description

1) This Solicitation Notice is to announce the Colorado Water Science Center (COWSC), Lakewood, of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a need for a Lund watercraft or equivalent to support the COWSC, Lakewood mission. 2) The solicitation number is 140G0226Q0070 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).3) Award for this requirement will be made in accordance with the policies of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, along with applicable solicitation and evaluation procedures for this acquisition. The Government will make award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror.Quotes will be evaluated starting with the lowest price. If the lowest priced quote is determined to be technically unacceptable, the Government will proceed to evaluate the next lowest priced quote, and so on, until a technically acceptable offer is identified. Please refer to page 29 of the RFQ/Solicitation for Basis of Award.4) This solicitation is a SET ASIDE for Small Businesses.
