This opportunity is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply, maintain, and repair SonTek and YSI brand water quality and flow monitoring equipment for the Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region (including Blythe Hydrographic Office, Boulder Canyon Operations Office, and Regional Office) - OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers): - SonTek (a Xylem brand) - YSI, Inc. (a Xylem brand) - Products Requested: - YSI Pro Swap Water Quality Meters (part numbers: 610152-30, 610155-30, and non-battery variants) - YSI Pro DSS and Pro30 handheld Conductivity Meters (part numbers: 626902, 6050030) - SonTek Acoustic Doppler Flow Meters and Profilers (models/part numbers: M9, S5, FT2-2D, IQPlus/SON-IQP, SonTek-IQ, SL500-232, SL1500-3G) - SonTek Power & Communications Cables (part number: 36-0040-020) - Quantities range from single units to up to 90 units per item, depending on the model - Services Requested: - Maintenance and repair services for all listed SonTek and YSI equipment, including inspection, repair, and return in accordance with OEM recommendations - Repairs must be completed and returned within 60 business days of receipt - Repairs and maintenance to be performed only by the OEM (YSI, Inc.) or authorized providers - Notable Requirements: - Contract is set aside for small businesses - Five-year ordering period with a $250,000 ceiling and a $1,000 minimum order guarantee - Repairs and maintenance line item has a ceiling allowance of $20,000 per year - All products and services must comply with manufacturer specifications and recommendations
