The University of Calgary is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide ServiceNow consulting, development, and professional services to support the University's ServiceNow platform, operational requirements, and future initiatives. The goal is to establish Preferred Supplier Agreements with up to three proponents based on overall value, experience, technical capability, and service offering. Successful proponents will be added to the University's Preferred Supplier List for ServiceNow professional services, which may lead to future opportunities such as quote requests, Statements of Work, or competitive bids. Future engagements may include staff augmentation services and vendor-led project delivery under Statements of Work.
