Description

The Town of Pelham is seeking proposals for services to complete an Employment Area and Affordable Housing Study following the adoption of the 2026 new Town of Pelham Official Plan. The study aims to implement new provincial directions and related policies while protecting job growth and affordable housing for the long term. The full scope of work is detailed in Appendix "A" of the RFP, and bids must comply with all terms and conditions outlined therein. The Town intends to enter into an agreement with the successful bidder for substantial completion by January 1, 2027.
