Description

The Maryland State Highway Administration is soliciting proposals for the delivery of MS4 Impervious Surface Restoration Credit (ISR Credit). The project scope includes planning, design, permitting, construction, property rights acquisition, post-construction monitoring, maintenance, and adaptive management to deliver ISR Credits for watersheds within the MS4 area across multiple counties. Proposals can cover multiple projects with a single proposal package for all and individual packages for each project. The Administration may select multiple projects with a total award value of approximately $75 million.
