5? wide x 6? high x 51.7? length Box Culvert to include: Approximately (51.7) Lineal feet of 5? (span) x 6? (rise) I.D. of Box Culvert (8sections). Cutoff Walls for (2) Culvert ends and (4) wingwalls. (4) L-shaped cantilever wingwalls 8?long. (2) Headwalls, one at each end 1? wide x 1? high on each end section. Neoprene gaskets will be installed on each box section prior to delivery. Exterior waterproofing by others. Level 1 black bar reinforcing carried. HL-93 Live Load Rating assumed (NY PE stamp w/ supporting Calculations provided). Class 100 Tracked and Class 120 Wheeled in accordance with UFC 3-310-08 in attached PDF. Skew angle of the culvert with the road will be 24 degrees. Drawings/submittals stamped by a PE licensed in NY with supporting engineering.
