Description

The City of El Paso is soliciting bids for Federal and Non-Federal Drug and Alcohol Testing services primarily for Sun Metro-Mass Transit. The contract will allow the City to order supplies and/or services from one or more successful bidders as needed. Only personnel from Sun Metro-Mass Transit are authorized to place orders directly against this contract, with other City departments requiring written authorization. The solicitation includes various types of drug and alcohol testing such as DOT pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident testing. The contract term may be extended for two additional years at the same unit prices if the option is exercised prior to the expiration of the original term.
