This solicitation is for vegetation management and general railway maintenance of a 40-foot-wide right-of-way from Lualualei Naval Road to Fort Weaver Road in Honouliuli, Ewa, Oahu, Hawaii. The project includes maintenance of the Oahu Railway & Land Company railroad. Proposals must be submitted via the Hawaii Electronic Procurement System (HIePRO) by July 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM HST. A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for June 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM HST.
