The Bay County Board of County Commissioners seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide forty-five in-kind replacement actuators as specified in Exhibit 1 Actuator Specifications. These actuators are replacements for those currently in use at the Bay County Water Treatment Plant located at 3400 Transmitter Road, Panama City, FL. The actuators must be compatible with existing plant equipment. Bids are to be submitted electronically or as sealed paper bids by August 13, 2024, at 2:30 PM CDT.
