Description
This solicitation is for ventilation upgrades at Parkside Elementary School located in Summerside, Prince County, PEI. The scope of work includes relocation of existing ERV units, electric heating coils, and control devices; installation of new exhaust fans, rooftop ERV units, electric heating coils, control devices, and electrical wiring; provision and installation of ductwork, insulation, dampers, diffusers, grilles, and associated ancillaries; modification to existing ductwork; completion of pre- and post-TAB activities; and cutting and patching as required. Tender submissions must be received by July 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The contract duration is approximately three months, starting July 13, 2026, and ending October 26, 2026.
